The nation’s capital was filled with protests and all kinds of activism this week, opposing AIPAC and Israeli apartheid, fighting for single payer health care or police accountability. But, still, the corporate media is focusing on the war of investigations going on between Democrats and Republicans. Today, well be speaking with former CIA analyst turned human rights activist Ray McGovern, who says the surveillance state is the real story of Russia-gate. Also, a forum held here in DC this week about how community land trusts are the answer to preserving affordable housing in this country.
